Banana what?

Banana Jam….that’s right! If you haven’t tried this yet… need to………

Banana Jam


  • Very ripe (I used frozen) Bananas (18 Bananas made 3 1/2L Jars)
  • Juice from 1 Lemon
  • 1/4 Cup Honey More or less depending on taste)
  • 1.5 tsp Cinnamon
    Cook minimum 20 Minutes but longer if needed to get he consistency you want.
  • Seal in jars…..Keeps well in the fridge for a couple weeks
    Great on oatmeal, in yogurt or even on toast with peanut butter!


Yep……You too will do a hip thrust when you taste it……
