This week was a big win on the clean eating and training. I got in all my runs, as planned and met all my nutrition goals.
Well not quite…….
Even though I got all my runs in, Friday’s 6.5KM and Saturday’s 8KM run were absolutely the worst! I had ZERO energy, “heavy legs”, and the SLOWEST pace I have ran in a long long time!
I think I finally did it!
It only took 4 years……..
It’s freaking HOT here! FINALLY!

Vacation is great!
Monday morning we were up nice and early…..I even managed to convince Shane to come for a quick 5 K run with me!
Kelly asked if I wanted to come to the new Minion Movie with her and my Goddaughter Eva (She is 4)
Hell ya I do!

Kelly and I had planned to do a 10K on the weekend on the waterfront trail……..It was a beautiful day……30C/90F! Perfect for a run if you ask me! I love running in the heat! (Words that would bit me in the ass later)
I had never run this trail before but had heard good things…….
I am so happy I waited for the weather to clear up to go for my run instead of going to the gym. 15KM on a treadmill sucks! A LOT!
I was so happy to see the sun come out and dry up the sidewalks/roads! I took my homemade Gel Pack and filled my bottle with coconut water and left for the 15 K.
I love this!….Why? Because it is so effin true!
Today I wanted to do a 7isKM run. After yesterday’s 16K I just wanted to stretch out my legs…….
I cancelled my Overtime shift for today!!!! It was a easy 0600-1400 Shift
I know! Easy money……But I just needed to be off today. Tomorrow is supposed to rain and I work all weekend so today is really my only chance to get my long run in this week.
