Here is a great pre/post workout smoothie for ya!!!
Add to blender
- A couple chunks of frozen Banana (about half a large )
- 7-8 walnut halves
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 11/4 cup non dairy milk (I used unsweetened Cashew)
- 1 teaspoon maca (optional)
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)
Blend and top with some cinnamon!
