Banana Walnut Power Smoothie

Here is a great pre/post workout smoothie for ya!!!

Add to blender

Ingredients

  • A couple chunks of frozen Banana (about half a large )
  • 7-8 walnut halves
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 11/4 cup non dairy milk (I used unsweetened Cashew)
  • 1 teaspoon maca (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)

Blend and top with some cinnamon!
