Stop, Collaborate and Listen
- Very ripe (I used frozen) Bananas (18 Bananas made 3 1/2L Jars)
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- 1/4 Cup Honey More or less depending on taste)
- 1.5 tsp Cinnamon
Cook minimum 20 Minutes but longer if needed to get he consistency you want.
- Seal in jars…..Keeps well in the fridge for a couple weeks
Great on oatmeal, in yogurt or even on toast with peanut butter!
